Better than expected. We ordered this for our 2 and half year old girl as a starter bed (love that its low to the ground). It had a crack in one of the side boards from shipping, but after one help request on their website a new side board was quickly shipped to us, no questions asked.
Bed is great, companies response to our issue makes it better.
Good, Great quality. Does come in about a thousand pieces so be prepared for that. You even have to assemble headboards and floorboards. Instructions could be a little clearer and pieces labeled better like left/right and top/bottom. My girls (3 and 8) love it! Hoping it lasts for years
Just as seen in the picture!!! My girls still share a room (ages 2 4) and my eldest needed a bigger bed (was in a toddler bed, she is 90th percentile for height). They both wanted a bunk bed and here we are.
This bunk bed is excellent quality, is sturdy and we love the paint finish (navy blue). It took my husband and I approximately 5 hrs to put together. TBH, it probably would have taken less time to put together if it wasnt late on a Friday after a busy week (I.e. exhausted parents)
The low profile works excellent/ my 2 year old has a easy time getting in and out, and slept through the night. Her feedback this AM is she is happy and it was comfy. There is enough space between bunks that I can sit up on the lower bunk (I am 55). My 4 year old isnt intimidated by the height and took a little time getting used to climbing up and down (to be expected). She is very happy now and loves her bed.
All in all, so far so good!
Good!!I bought two of these for our guests this summer. I couldnt be happier. Make sure you read the measurements, they are low and more suitable for children but love the way they look. My husband did put them together and it did take a while but I would still highly recommend them.

Im sure this bed is fine for gentle kids, but if your kids run and jump and hang and swing, this bed starts coming apart. My 4/year/old and 6/year/old (girls) bent the ladder hangers immediately and now the whole thing is starting to get wobbly. Might be ok for occasional guests but doesnt last too long with real kids.
As expected, thank you!It took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together using just 1 screwdriver. It was pretty easy. The instructions were simple just tedious. We are not builders, but we did it! The boys love it! This was just as described. My 3 and 6 year old loves it! Everything was numbered and so far, so good! My boys are so attached to me that they slept with us every night. This bunk bed broke that habit.

Shipped fast, all parts were included and nothing was missing.
We have a smaller bedroom with standard height ceilings and it looks great, it doesnt overtake the room like a taller bunk would.

Works great. Love it little work to put together with the headboard part but overall my kids love it.
