I was SO hesitant to buy this couch, but Im SO glad I did. This was my first experience buying furniture on , and it was significantly easier than expected. Delivery was a breeze. The delivery crew dropped it right in my garage!
The couch is much higher quality than I was anticipating. There were no reviews specifically mentioning the velvet option, so I figured I would add some photos and help someone else out who might be on the fence. The velvet appears to be very durable and is SO soft. The couch overall appears that it will hold up well, although it is just me and my adult dog.
I was also nervous about the comfort, as many couches are a bit nicer to look at than they are to sit on. This is not the case with this item, its deep, firm, but comfortable, and very nappable! The color is a beautiful rich emerald, better than expected. If youre on the fence for a high quality sofa at a great price, I dont think you can beat this.
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. Got this couch for less than $1000. Very comfortable and looks great. Much better than some more expensive ones we looked at in-store.
Very easy to assemble, my son and I love it! Fits perfect in our little room! Dislike that the leather scratches somewhat easily, not a dealbreaker though. Otherwise looks amazing, I get compliments all the time. Comfortable seating and we regularly take naps on it. Cushions are nice and soft, not hard like rocks. Be aware that this is light leather (it will stain). If you are spill prone you might want to spray a leather protectant on it (always spot test first).
This is a very nice, easy to put together sectional for a small space I have a massive sized master bedroom. This is the sitting area in my bedroom that needed to be filled. I suffer from a lot of allergies, so I wanted less fabric but still have a cozy feel. This couch is perfect. Its soft and you arent sitting straight and upright. This has become a favorite reading spot for my family. Assembly was easy. I am a petite person and unboxed and assembled it together myself with no issue. I highly recommend this couch.
Allow me to clear up or add onto the other reviews here and maybe answer some questions people have wondered. So we got the couch around 11:30am the service was great being that we are on the 5th floor in our condo building. The guy was nice but he did not unbox it for us which was a bummer since I saw other service men did.
The box came very damaged so I actually had speculation it wouldnt arrive well inside and was ready to be disappointed. I was wrong thankfully! It was packaged well inside. No damage, no scratches.
Personally Love this couch because it imitates a modern chesterfield couch that I wanted from Room Board but that couch was $5,000. I think at $1,700 the couch is a steal for how sturdy it is and how well built it is.
There are no straps on the cushions to hold them in place but because the couch kind of leans back (which I love) the coushions stay in place and dont move out of there place. This is a big plus for me as well.
The cushions are also not leather wrapped all the way around and under so I guess the material underneath helps keep them in place.
The brass legs do have a green tint to them so not completely brass. Has a bit of a matte fake brass color to them so not shiny. Thank god because I dont like that. Kind of a fake brass color if anything. We actually tried to screw on other legs and it didnt fit. They are not universal screws. So Im currently trying to find a way to replace the legs to wooden mid century legs. I personally dont like the modern look of the current legs so much. I have thought of painting them a matte black color worse case scenario. But just in case people are wondering the length of the legs are around 7 1/2 inches with 10mm screws. Ive found it Challenging to replace! Ill update pictures if I do end up finding a way to replace them.
Overall looks great! Its definitely firm but my husband and I love that. And Im sure over time th egg will become a little less firm.
The leather actually looks like genuine leather which I was very pleasantly surprised with. So overall great quality there.
Will update in a couple months to see how it holds up through wear and tear. We are hoping this couch will last 1-2 years atleast. Hope someone found this useful.
Perfect for a small apartment space. The couch is absolutely gorgeous! Exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. Its great quality AND super comfy. The delivery however, leaves a lot to be desired. I requested that the delivery service bring the couch to the third floor apartment for me due to a back injury. I was assured they would. When the delivery man arrived, he told me thats not my job and left me to drag the sofa up three flights of stairs. Luckily my neighbor helped me out. So 5 stars for the beautiful couch, 1 star for the awful delivery service!
Customer support from this company was exceptional. Bought this while on sale for about $550. Great couch for the price, it looked like it was worth more. It has great soft, durable fabric- like wool- and comfortable, firm cushions- very attractive and the legs are very sturdy. The only part we didnt like was that the seat was very sloped so that if I laid flat, I rolled into the crack. It was comfortable sitting upright for me, but was not comfortable for my husbands back and we needed to return it.

A Hygge Couch
