The product looks the same as it is pictured and it is a soft material. It would have been 4 or 5 stars if there had not been a rip in the bottom of the item itself, as well as scuffs and missing paint on EVERY SINGLE LEG. I am definitely dissatisfied with the quality, it is disappointing to get a brand new item that is already so badly damaged when it is meant to be brand new.
Super cute ottoman! Its a great price for the expensive look. I looked for a blue ottoman for months. Im glad I found this one. The price cant be beat.
The ottoman is beautiful . It is very light weight , and mine came in already assembled and has a chip on one of the legs and it is missing, so I can try to repair it. I just turned the leg another half turn since they were not on very tight. The box it came in was HUGE! I expected it to be a bit bigger going by the box size. {even though I had an idea of the measurements, it is definitely very hard to imagine the size in your head. Things tend to be bigger or smaller than one imagines. It is almost the right height for my sofa. I think I will look for taller replacement legs and go from there.

I would have given the item 5 stars, however, one of the pegs to screw on the wooden feet was stripped (as only nails holding it in), so we had to put little screws into it instead. No big deal, though as it was an easy fix.
Packaged nicely, but the feet were missing. I contacted the seller and they said theyre not responsible. For as much as this was and all the positive reviews I expected to get what I paid for. The ottoman itself minus the feet is pretty. I would suggest another company as far as customer service and quality control.
