Glad my original review is correct for this company. I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via . The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills. They are attentive, professional, accommodating, and true to their word.
