Good looks. Almost made out of cardboard. quality at best. It assembled really easy and looks nice, but judging from the sturdiness of the wood used and the shipping they charge on top, this feels expensive. Hope it can resist a 100 lbs kid
Updated Review: WOW! This company exceeded my expectations when we had a damaged piece when we opened the package. Not only did they respond within 24hours they shipped a whole new bed without making us go through any hassle to return the old one. Very pleased. When we put the bed together it looked great, and did not have any poor quality pieces. Very happy with this purchase.
The footboard of the bed was crack when we received it. Will update review with how easy it was to replace. Very sad about this. Great product by all standards
Perfect for a kids bed that may have guests over. A few spots had some scuffs (which the company provided a credit towards within a timely manner upon reporting, satisfied with the attentive customer care.) The real deal breaker was assembling. If youre looking for an easy / fast assemble— this is not the item for you friends. The support slats are measured in mm so thank the heavens for Google to convert that into inches. Then the sidings for the support slats didnt have pre drilled holes so youll be at it for a while. Its not hard persay, just tedious— more than it needed to be. Some of the paint was sloppy resulting in having to nudge pieces probably a bit more than intended. Overall it could have been a higher quality, but it was budget friendly— so you know the cliche saying you get what you pay for, case point with this item.
