    Installation tip and warning

Frustrating to install the net. I seems the sleeves are barely large enough to fit the cheap blue foams. after my first attempt I noticed all I mean every single one of the foams were splitting apart. I had to pull it all out again and use up half a roll of Dick Tape to secure the foams at the too and middle. I would strongly suggest staring with this approach while the foam is fully intact. Also, I have an issue with the zipper which I dont know what kind of super natural strength u need to be able to pull down that zipper to close the opening but unfortunately none of my family and friends have that... so forget securing the door opening. From all the other pictures posted here all of them have the zipper open so I presume they dont either... and last but not least wear gloves during the installation I got two tiny metal shard splinters in my fingers from handling the steel pipes. once installed I think the crappy metal work is away from kids fingers...

    Seems great so far

We had to follow our reviewers suggestion on how to put it together but it seems to work well so far. Its only been a week.

    Durable

I bought this as a birthday present for my 6 year old shes been loving it all summer. I was skeptical at first because of the price. But I liked the the pole design. Her dad did not enjoy the set up to much. He messed up putting the springs on and had to start all over again. We just had a bad thunderstorm with 60-70 mph winds and it got flipped upside down all but one pole holding up the net got bent. Other than that its all around been a great trampoline this summer. I highly recommend buying this. Dad is 200 pounds and jumped on it with our daughter

    Missing 2 springs/update

Trampoline was fairly easy to assemble with the help of a couple of youtube videos, but it arrived with a hole in the box and lacking 2 of the springs. Waiting to hear back from the seller and will update review then. Update: seller got in touch promptly and will be sending extra springs. Still 4 stars because that net is a bear to put on.

    missing parts!

The package arrived looking like it had been taped together multiple times throughout the shipping process. There were multiple holes/tears in the box where I am assuming hardware that was necessary for the assembly of the trampoline had fallen out. Upon opening the box my husband and I realized that there were 18 springs missing (most likely they had fallen through the holes and tears in the box) which resulted in two very disappointed kiddos. I tried contacting the company, as directed to do so in the instruction booklet that came with the product, through phone and email to see if I can get replacement springs but have yet to hear anything back. I almost wish we had just purchased the trampoline from a physical store instead of ordering one online since we could have easily resolved any missing hardware immediately instead of waiting for a reply from the company. The main reason we ordered this one is I didnt want one that was too big for my kids (3 and 5 years old). Everything else, other than the missing springs, was luckily still in the box and seems to be in good working order. Cant be sure until I get the missing springs since we havent been able to assemble it and allow the kids to jump on it. It seems like it would be a great product if not for the shoddy packaging and lack of care in packaging the internal pieces so they would actually arrive in the box.

    Good trampoline

Great trampoline. Easy installation apart from the guard which took a while to get right.

    Very sturdy

We got this trampoline for our sons 5 year birthday and its been a big hit with the whole family. This pandemic has led to many hitting the wall moments, and being able to just go out to the backyard to work off excess energy rather than masking up and going to the park has been really nice. There is a long set up time, and I recommend looking at other reviews for advice about that bc the instructions arent the best. But its been worth every minute.

Very good trampoline but assembly needs some thinking and effort.

I purchased this trampoline for my family (myself, my wife and my 5 year old son) and we all loved it. It came in a slightly broken package and the items inside were loose but when I assembled, it all came through together and we put it up in about 4-5 hours. Assembly instructions are okay but not super easy. The last step of adding the protective mesh took the most time and was tiring. But after we assembled it, it was so much fun. The mat was strong but flexible for a good jump. Everyone in my family loved it. It is all good so far but will update the review after a few months to show how well it holds up. Except for the assembly which took some thinking and effort (which is why I am taking out a star) but the rest of the product seems good quality and hope to have a lot of fun with it.
