Assembling was easy, just time consuming. Instructions must be followed as the manual states or youll end up disassembling what youve done without following instructions. Did not use a single tool, other than the spring tool provided to complete the trampoline. For the safety net, a tool is also included. I decided to use a ratchet with the 10mm socket to speed up the process on getting the safety net poles tightened up. Its possible to build the trampoline with just one person, but must have patience and focus.
Tip for inserting the net into the poles, insert little by little until youve got the net in each pole then continue to go around until the net is at the base of the trampoline.
As for the durability, it mentions the net and jumping mat be replaced every 2 years. I gave a 5 star durability, just keep that in mind.
A tube sticker says that its weight rating is 264lbs compared to the 300 plus pounds the description states. Either way, its more than enough for 2 small children. Goodbye!!
We are really happy with this trampoline. We have been using it a lot, and it seems very sturdy. It was also pretty easy to put together. I recently had to contact customer service because there was an issue with one of the springs, and they were super responsive and helpful. They quickly sent us a replacement spring free of charge, plus some extras, just in case. I would definitely recommend this trampoline--plus, you cant beat the price!

Trampoline came in a very timely manor. My 15 yr okd son and I put it together in just a few hours. My children loved it. One of the poles broke and the customer service was amazing. Replaced it right away. Very happy with this purchase.
Im really happy with this purchase. Was pretty easy to assemble. My husband and I got it out together in 2 hours maybe? Kids love it! We got the 10fter and its perfect for our small kids. If you have older children I would go for the 12ft. Our kids are 2 5 so this was perfect for them

Customer service responded to my email and after 3 weeks of back-and-forth emails with pictures etc. they are sending me a whole new unit. Thats above and beyond what I was hoping for and speaks to their commitment to their customers satisfaction.

Update: 7/20/21
Three of the legs are now broken and customer service is so far(4-days) unresponsive. Were still barely within our one year warranty but unless they start answering their emails we may be out of luck. Weve tried calling but after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they hung up on us. Dropping to 2 stars.
