2. The material is lower quality compare to . The bed frame stripes is visible low quality, i hope this lasts at least 3 years.
3. The assembly, not easy when it comes down to laying the bed frame stripes.
4. One of the hex key was missing. Good that we have a set at home.
5. The frame size is also not correct width wise. It came about 2 off.
6. Seems like the piece set in the warehouse for long. The plastic bags in which screws came in show aging sign as well as the screws. It could be the type of material used.
Not returning just to avoid hassle of boxing it. Got for daughters room who will be in college in next 3 years so keeping it for 3 years. furniture is better compare to this. Not easy to put together.
Its a wonderful bed, bought it for my teen son in size queen. The slats are weak, and wondering if you can replace the slat that broke when we were putting the bed together for applying a bit of pressure. The other slats seem okay once the mattress is on top and the weight is evenly distributed. Wasnt sure how to contact customer service when purchased via . Thanks. Good quality.
This is a really sturdy well made bed that looks great. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that several of the pieces were chipped when I took them out of the box. Fortunately they dont really show on the finished piece so not really worth trying to get another since the boards are so big/heavy. Thank you so much.
This bed is okay for the price. Was disappointed to find three gouged pieces when I opened the box but too heavy and bulky to deal with boxing it back up to return. Somewhat awkward to assemble the platform. My daughter is happy with the bed and it looks nice. Good find!!

Arrived with all of the necessary parts and hardware. The bed itself is well made and sturdy. I can easily fit things under it which is nice. Very functional.
Not super impressed. The side bed rails are 2 pieces, so if you need to move the bed, you need 2 people because it starts to pull apart. Assembly wasnt great because of all the unnecessary parts. Theres also no lip to keep the mattress in place. Needs several support posts under it so you lose under the bed storage Not as easy as people say.
This bed looked good and was easy to assemble but less than 6 months in and one of the pieces of timber on the side of the bed broke. My young niece yelped in the night and we realised the problem. The bolts which are screwed into the wood ate through and came loose resulting in the break. Unfortunately this cannot be returned so will be recycled. A shame! Works great!
Bed looks like you paid a lot, good quality. Sturdy and fairly simple to put together. The only draw back was that holes have to be drilled in the frame for each board plank to hold the mattress. It was simple for me because I have a drill and have drilled and screwed in the screws before. I was a bit surprised that the bed frame wasnt predrilled for the planks and it was not indicated in the instructions. Perfect!!

Its a great bed but the slats are weak
Its a wonderful bed, bought it for my teen son in size queen. The slats are weak, and wondering if you can replace the slat that broke when we were putting the bed together for applying a bit of pressure. Junk, slabs are cut too short frame breaks after a couple months

Sturdy bed
