This product is well made and is exactly what we were looking for. We had some questions for the company and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this product and company.
Needed a hall tree for the small space I have in our kitchen and this was the only one I could find that would fit. I love the look of it and it works out great for our needs. The only drawback is the hooks arent meant to hold heavy backpacks. I can put them on the bench though and thats fine for me.
The hinges didnt fit right.. We ended up creating an extra hole so at least one screw could go in, even though it needed 2 and neither lined up. Everything else is good though! Great quality, its beautiful really. The hooks are holding up great with my 1st and 3rd graders backpacks. Its tall and tiny, yet has big enough storage to do what I wanted with. I just needed a space for all the gloves we have.
I wasnt expecting much based on the size and price but Im pleasantly surprised. Its very sturdy. You can sit on the bench to put shoes on if needed and it doesnt wobble with your movement. Bright white with clean lines. Will hold exactly what I need it to and still have room to add a decorative pillow on the bench part. I love it!
Once assembled it looks good. But they did not bother put any of the pieces together cheap quality material that can easily scratch. But I guess you get what you pay for when you buy Chinese made products.
The hall tree was something my wife wanted and volunteered me to put together. Assembling was not a problem with easy to follow picture instructions. However it is very easy to assemble it incorrectly as it is not idiot proof but if you do its really easy to disassemble and reassemble the right way. My wife was very happy with it and thats all that counts!

Wish the instructions were a little but more straightforward, definitely had some questionable illustrations but all in all a great buy.
