I have been looking at this sofa for awhile now, also was looking at it at a furniture store as well. Decided to go with because it was less expensive here. Finally got it today, a few days early and I just completed putting it together. Its beautiful but a couple of issues. Found a small cut on the top and a few places were dirty, other than that, I love it.
Not true to size. Advertised as a twin, but looks more like a toddler bed. Great customer service, was able to resolve everything in a timely matter. Will do business with this seller again
The sofa — shape, size, functionality — is exactly what we wanted. It is great. But the color is not gray, it is silver. (Spoke with the company and their customer service was really responsive and helpful. They offered a refund, but we decided to keep the sofa.)
Arrived quickly. Easy to make arrangements for and receive delivery.
It was missing 1 wheel. Emailed and got a replacement in less than a week. Wish the holes were predrilled for the risers.
Customer service was great. Cute couch so easy to pull into a bed. I was worried that too small but fits perfect. You can even tilt it for a lounge. A little pricey but worth it!
Arrived quickly and I needed some help putting it together but assembly directions were simple. It came with all the assembly parts, but I still recommend having a power drill and mallot to put everything in place. Its such a comfortable and affordable couch, we love it in our home!
This piece is absolutely adorable. I bought it in blue, the picture is fairly true to color. Fantastic for a small space, and easy to set up. Its not super comfortable, but it should be expected given that its a pull-out and given its size. The box was slightly damaged when it came, but the couch itself was unscathed. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a cute, multifunctional piece of furniture for a small space.

Good quality
I was worried about the mattress being so thin but it is quite comfortable for a 200lb plus individual.
Was what I was expecting. Needed another temporary bed and this filled the bill.
Did not need support in assembly. Guests were satisfied with the bed and it looks ok as a couch.
