Great quality, one star taken for broken handle but we managed to make it work rather then go through the whole exchange process.. overall a great piece of furniture thats both fashionable and comfortable.
Would have given 5 stars for the product itself as an initial review if the back wouldnt have been separated from the wood out of the box. Either cheap glue or not enough. Also something sharp was sticking out of the bottom and scratched my wood floor as I moved the package indoors off of the porch which has probably also jaded my opinion at the moment. Probably caused by the delivery gorilla as all the styrofoam inside was broken and the parts all jumbled around. Glued the back pad back to the wood using construction adhesive. As there was no other damage, I figured it would be easier than filing a claim against the extend warranty I purchased. Wont do that again. Went together easy. Used 3/8 drive a 14mm Allen to assemble with my impact. Much faster than the Allen wrench provided. Seems sturdy enough and comfortable.
I recently started Cosmetology School and needed a chair to style my clients when they come to my house to get styled. This chair is super comfortable but also very elegant looking.
The installation was extremely simple. They provide you with everything you need and the instructions were simple and easy to follow! Great buy for the cost!
Signature by must have taken note of customer experiences/frustrations mentioned in reviews Bc there was only one sticker on my stool; not in a noticeable area of the seat bottom. Instructions say 2 or more needed to assemble. I Dont understand what theyre talking about. I assembled it by myself... quite easily. Also...bc reviews were warning buyers to remove a plastic plug, I almost busted the mechanism that raises/lowers the seat! No plastic plug on the stool stem except the one thats supposed to be there; so, leave it. You just have to get a feel for pressure on the lever. To lower the seat...sit on it lift the lever. Its super comfy classy looking! Very pretty stool.
The seat might be a little narrow although it fits me fine but Im very short. I havent used them yet so I dont know how theyll be for others. They look very nice. Im 74 yrs old and the assembly was a piece of cake with no help. For the price, its great
