Not as comfortable as i thought it looked. I wish the ottoman was higher and not as angled. Nice color and fabric. Easy to put together. I dont think id buy it again, but Im not totally dissatisfied. Just ‘meh.
This chair is great in style and comfort. I assembled the chair easily. Velvet fabric does look different when you touch it but you can usually get it to go back if you wipe the other way. These splotches were not only on the chair when I pulled it out of the box, but they cant me wiped away and I dont know what they are. They look like oil stains. Very obvious. Im returning sadly.
I was very dissatisfied with both the look and size of the chair. Much smaller than photos make it out to be, this is not suitable for an adult of any size. The pink is more subdued than photo, not as light and more muted. I initially boxed it up for return but my 9 year old wanted it for her room so we have it in there. It is suitable for her size now, but I feel she won't be comfortable in it more than a couple of years.
I like the chair is cute and classy but not elegant, is too small for like a midget house. Im my house everyone is average tall people and then back of the chair is too small/short. Also I bought the chair and now I want to but the ottoman to match and is no were to be found, I will need to buy something similar from a different brand. This is why I dont give 5 stars. They need to make the back a little be taller so that if you use it for you baby nursery room or watch a movie you can rest your head.
Cute, stylish, easy to assemble, but a very low back and cushion too high, no lumbar support at all and very small. returning it is a negative too as they charge you $50 to take it back, Ill most likely figure something out, actually I just removed some of the cushion from the bottom pillow to lower the seating and that helped a lottttt, Ill prob cut the cushion in half to lower it more that may help anyone who has this chair. The ottoman is cool, gives leg support.

Great chair, bad fabric…

Comfortable chair but color not as advertised
If you don't mind a duller color than what's presented in the photos, this is a great chair. Super comfortable!

Can figure how to get bottom connected to top?! Otherwise great chair.

Defective
Chair has holes in two corners, and to replace the item I will have to pay for the packaging and shipping! Very frustrating!
