I love this bed. While it is very beautiful, my husband did beef it up a little to make it sturdier, but nice golden wood tone, solid wood, very nice. But be aware that the headboard has a swoop to it that makes it stick out from the wall several inches that doesnt show in the picture. Thank you for the excellent customer service
I was a little reluctant to buy a bed on/line but the price was great and I really wanted a cal/king bed with drawers, which has been hard to find. The bed was delivered promptly and was well packed. No damage at all to the bed. It was a little challenging to put together, mostly due to the instructions which didnt have many diagrams. Once put together, the bed is very sturdy. It does not shake or squeak. The wood is a beautiful dark brown with a hint of red and the finish is soft and glossy. The bed has nice clean lines, somewhat of a modern look I would say. There is a little space underneath the bed but you cant really store anything under it as there are a lot of support legs. But that is what makes it so sturdy! I just put a mattress on this, it does not need a box spring. Overall, I am very pleased. I absolutely love this bed!!
2017 update: bed is still in great condition. We have not once needed to adjust or fix the frame. It is still as sturdy as ever. One thing negative is occasionally the drawers will open on their own, at random times. Other than that, still loving it!
This bed arrived VERY well packaged to keep each solid wood piece in pristine condition. Assembly took 2 ladies about 30 minutes to put together and make the bed. Instructions were easy to follow. The drawers are a bit smaller then what they could have been for the size of the bed for depth. but well placed so you can have a night stand next to the bed without making any of the drawers non usable (and website does list drawer dimensions). the bed is a true deep espresso finish. VERY well made. Love It!
This was part of a suite that was supposed to be in stock, in s warehouse. It took two months to arrive, and separately from all the other pieces, two of which arrived broken. Im not comfortable with the engineering, as there is a row of legs running up the middle of the bed to hold up the frame, in addition to four corner legs. You have to lie on the floor under the bed and unscrew each foot down to rest on the floor. And this is just the twin size.
I put a twin Select Comfort mattress on the bed, and discovered that there isnt enough room between the side rails and the mattress to put a sheet on. I had to buy a box spring/foundation to raise the mattress high enough to make the bed, and still break a nail every week.
This bed is perfect.solid wood, it is just the right height and size. It holds in your mattress,which I have a foam one. The only minus is it has a sharp edge at the two ends so I just put some edge protectors on them.
I love the look. The service was excellent! I had a problem with the footboard but it was taken care of in a timely and professional manner and I would buy another product from this company and if I ever need another bed I would buy the same bed again. Its a great deal for the money
I was nervous about ordering a bedframe from an seller, but this frame is wonderful! Its sturdy and the colouring of the wood is lovely. Setting it up was fairly simple as well.

SOLID WOOD / Well Constructed

seems higher quality than I expected
My only complaint is that I keep stubbing my toes on the end. Some bedframes are designed to avoid this.
