At first I was hesitant about how high the bed was. I thought it was too low. But, than I realized, it was perfect! It was a great size for my sons age just about to turn 5. Also bought the skirt to go around he loves it！
I got this loft bed for my son for his 5th birthday. We are very happy with it. Putting it together was very easy, and it is very sturdy. The size and height it great, and my son absolutely loves it! Couldn't be happier with it!

The slide is really nice and the kids love it.
It is safe as long as you don't put a mattress higher than the barrier.
