I ordered 2 for 2 littles in my house.
1 box came with instructions. The other didnt.
Both boxes came completely damaged, and broken pieces at the headboards (pics attached).
If you want your child secure from falling out, suggestion would be get a thin mattress. A normal twin size mattress goes over the guard rails.
It was bigger than I expected but I like it. My kids are in love with it. I purchased 2 am so glad that I did. Unlike the other Hilsdale brand that I purchased earlier in December, these came on time and not damaged.
There was no assembly manual in the box. We did find the assembly manual online at living.com, with the manual and following the instructions the loft bed went together pretty good. Took 2 of us to work on it. Spent most of the afternoon (old woman and a teenager). No parts missing. No parts broken. Once put together it looks nice and appears sturdy. Desk and dresser put under the loft making more open space in the bedroom. relatively straight forward. kind of easy to assemble. great for a college student. the bed is a little wobbley and wood seems a little on the cheaper side but 100% definitely worth $200 The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!!
Bought this for my daughter for Xmas and it was easy to assemble, easy to put together and she absolutely loves it! I have recommended to several other friends and family members! It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait!
It was ok to assemble. I did it mostly by myself but I did eventually get a little help. The bed is nice. My daughter likes it, especially since I added purple twinkling lights. It did come slightly cosmetically damaged. I dont think it comprises the bed. I contacted the seller but I did not hear back. For the price, its great
The instructions were well written and easy to understand. I really like it. It can be a pain to climb up and down in the middle of the night, but since the ladder/steps have a good width, they are not uncomfortable. Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble.
Bought for my 12yr old daughter. Its a very nice style n awesome space saver for a small bedroom. ALTHOUGH my daughter has not slept on it yet because it wobbles a lot. It sways side to side and front to back wen ur laying on the bed. Im in the process of getting wood to paint n measure to make brackets for each of the 8 corners hoping i can stabilize it because the amount of swaying doesnt make it look or feel safe in any way. I will update wen the brackets r on to say whether or not that worked although it should. Not what I was expecting
This loft bed is surprisingly excellent quality and very well made. The pieces all fit together nicely and are sturdy. My daughter is thrilled with this. Also, the customer service is excellent - I had a minor question and they got back to me very rapidly in a kind way too. Good quality, looks fantastic

Correct description

Good bed
I would have given this 5 stars if the wood would not have come damaged. Other than that good product especially for the price. I would not recommend

It sways wen climbing the ladder or if u roll over in bed.Be prepared to make brackets to stabilize
