Do not buy!If the bed came with all of the parts it may have been sturdy. However it arrived missing hardware that you cant just buy at the hardware store and the seller doesnt have extra hardware to provide. In essence I have a bunk bed with loose side rails that sit 4.5 off the ground and a 3 year old that I hope wont roll into them at night and fall out of the bed! I paid 300 for a bed that is a hard to my sons health and no way to return the product to get my money back. Buyer beware.
My kids were super excited about having a bunk bed with a slide for their new house. We got the package and started to assemble.which was relatively easy. and unfortunately we were missing an essential part. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded. They werent able to send just the part, so they sent an entire new bed. A+ customer service and my kids couldnt be happier with their new bed. LOVE LOVE LOVE
This is a bargain priced item and well, you get what you pay for. The dimensions of this set are clearly smaller than a typical bunk bed, I was looking for a set that had the bottom bunk close to the floor.
It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about half a day. It doesnt feel very sturdy; I trust it for my kids but I wont be climbing into the top bunk. We had an issue with the pre drilled holes and the hardware on the railing; we ended up buying longer screws and a capped nut as the solution.
Customer service was excellent. They were easy and fast to work with.
Overall, Im happy with the purchase and it met my expectations since I went into this purchase considering the price and size of the product. This product is pretty decent for the price

We got this bed when my daughter just turned 3. She has a sister on the way and the plan is to eventually have both girls share a room. So a couple of things I was looking for in a bunk bed. One it to be a shorter bunk bed where we can still be eye level at night and I wont be so nervous with the 3 year old being on top. I also wanted the bottom to have guard rails so it could eventually be a toddler bed to the younger daughter. I specifically liked this one because the slide aka two entries. My 3 year old is notorious of waking up super early and coming into our room. We keep her room pitch black and was worried about her climbing down the ladder. I did not want a slide in her room but wanted stairs. Luckily we already had the Ikea trofast storage bins that would be perfect for stairs and storage. We used part of the slide for a railing and my toddler has had no problem getting up and down in the dark. Weve had this bed for 2 months now. I love everything about it. The look, the sturdiness, the guardrails on the bottom. Both my husband and I have laid in this bed w my 3 year old and have felt secured. Totally worth the money. Love this product. No issues.
It arrived much earlier than expected, the driver was very curtious and left it on the porch out of the rain and very quietly might I add. It was simple to assemble and my kids absolutely love it. I cant keep my 3 year old off of it! Best deal for a very nice
Bought bunk bed recently for our 3 years old and we are so happy with it. I like that its very low to the ground because hes so small now, The quality is really good. Its a very pretty medium gray. Very chic! Super happy with this incredibly affordable bed. This one was perfect
