Wide seat with arm rests does roll away when you try to sit

Love it, in my art room. Seat very comfortable for sitting for a few hours at a time while working on a project. Seat size was a deciding factor for me

The Chair is Excellent! Easy setup / Comfortable Loving it.

Best chair I ever owned. Work from home and at my desk most of the day. Comfortable, have not had one issue using this chair. If you are looking for a new desk chair, this chair is worth it.

Assembling any product with care and youll love this chair.

I am a very heavy guy, 428 lbs. This chair is sturdy and feel comfortable enough to use for hours every day. The cushion is wide and supportive. Im 61 with a 32 inch inseam, so I need enough depth to feel comfortable in an office chair. I am so pleased with this chair, I would recommend this to anyone that worried about having a wide seat for daily use. I Love it!

    Well made chair!! Love it!!

Ive had this chair for about 45 days now, and Im completely happy with it. Assembly was a snap and it was a great idea to use the packing box for support like it shows in the video. All parts were clearly marked, all bolts and washers were on a sealed card that made it so easy to know which ones to use. The base is heavy and sturdy. I have an old oak desk and the fold up arms makes it possible to tuck the chair into place after work. Its well made , comfortable and adjusts easily. Im very happy with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate to buy this chair again.

    Nice!!!

Yes! Saved my hips! This chair is great for those women with wider hips!

Parts missing necessary for assembly. Back leans too far forward. No way to adjust.

Seems to be very sturdy but the back leans to far forward and no adjustment fixes the problem. It came with 3 washers missing that were necessary to attach the back to the seat so a trip to the hardware store was required. Really? A $250 chair missing 3 washers worth pennies?

    Good chair

The chair was easy to assemble and provides excellent support, however, it would be considerably more comfortable if it leaned back further.

    Phenomenal customer support team

I ordered this chair for my new work from home setup. Im nowhere near the intended weight capacity for this chair, but I figured the wider seat would be nice to be able to sit with my legs tucked under me (criss cross) from time to time. It arrived quickly, and it came with easy to understand assembly instructions. I had used this chair for several days when the mechanism that holds the chair in the reclined position started giving out. It would make a loud metal snap noise, and the back would launch forward. I reached out to customer support, and I cannot rate that team highly enough. They were fantastic. Within an hour of reaching out, they responded asking some additional questions. I sent a picture over of the part causing the issue, and they immediately had a new part sent out for me. It arrived from overseas in a matter of days. I have never disassembled an office chair before, so I did have to consult with YouTube, but I did get the new part installed with minimal issue (picture of that process included). Since then, the chair has been perfect and completely without issue, and is very comfortable! I LOVE that the arms fold up so that it tucks away neatly into my desk. Things of note: I did add a lumbar support pillow, and the cloth material is a magnet for pet hairs. That aside, I absolutely love this chair and would reorder if needed. A++ to their customer support team. I wish every seller on was as helpful as they were!

Left a good review initially but now im changing it

Chair was very nice for a couple of months then quickly lost all stability and now it goes straight to the lowest height and rocks 360 degrees needing your actual muscles to compensate while you are sitting on it. Again was nice initially but how can you write 500LBs when im 280 and the chair couldnt cut it for a year. Was gonna get my father one as well but with that good old planned obsolescence i think ill look elsewhere.

    Questioning the investment?

I was skeptical at first to buy the chair due to price, but what I had didnt last and was so uncomfortable. I have spondylolisthesis and I was looking for something where I didnt have to sit on a pillow and I work from home in my office. Ive used this chair for a day and literally... its the most comfortable chair ive ever sat in. Im 6 ft and weigh about 215lbs. Great product thus far and extremely cozy. Worth the money.
