Need help assembly, some pieces not sturdy but gorgeous piece of furniture.

Youll definitely need more than one person to put this bunk bed together. The part that worries me is the only two connecting part for upper and lower is literally one piece of wooden pieces and just seems a bit not sturdy. But again it was only 229 when I purchase it so for the price. This isnt a bad choice. While putting the bed together youll need help holding the pieces together while one person bolts in. Overall the color is super nice ( I purchased Grey) it came a lot better than I thought and looks great with a beige colored walls. Happy with purchase

    Good value for the price

I would give the bunk beds a 5/5 if only it didnt come with scratches, chips and dings in the wood. But overall its sturdy really genera neutral (I have twins boy and girl) they love their bunk beds and when they need their own space I love the fact the bunk beds can be used and separate twin beds Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.

Great bun bed for the price

This product did not come with instructions. So that was annoying. The ones on line used letters and the wood in the kit was marked with numbers, so that was real fun for my husband to figure out. He added some peg board on the bottom over the slats for extra support for the mattresses. There were also a few dings in the wood. But, not worth sending back. Overall, its a nice bunk bed and is sturdy. Our son loves it. Beautiful color good quality

Sturdy enough for two brothers with a little help

My boys love their bed. SO,Weve had it up in their room for a few months now (bought in May 20). Pros: /Sturdy. Ive 2 boys 8 10 years old who bounce and are rough on all their furniture. It has held up well structurally. /Was easy to assemble with a second person(extremely helpful). /It did come with missing parts, but the company sent me replacements without any issues(although it did take almost a month). / Delivered on quickly and on time. Cons: /The black paint started peeling and flaking immediately. I will be sanding down and repainting once the weather is more friendly to being outside. /I did add extra slats as I did not feel that the included few were enough. If your kids dont go cry it may have been fine, but, well, boys need I say more lol My Conclusion: For the low cost, this is an acceptable bed if you dont mind adding extra slats to the beds.

Uh. A top bunk board snapped in half and fell on my kid while they were sleeping.

My sons are 13 years old and neither are heavy enough to snap a 2 x 4. But in the middle of the night one snapped from the top bunk and fell on the child in the lower bunk.I am so disappointed.

    Woods to soft.

Really soft wood! The directions are pretty straight forward, but it was a total pain to put together. One of the rails split under very light tension while bolting it together, had to glue and screw it together to get it to hold. Some of the hardware was not threaded and missing. It came prety scratched up too due to the wood being so soft. It looks nice for the most part, but the woods so soft I dont know how long it will last. It was not delivered on time

Beautiful bunk beds but several pieces of wood came scratched / dented

Upon recieving unpacking all the pieces i found MANY pieces had dents and scratches in the wood. The wood seems very soft and easily scratched. So well see how well it holds up with two energetic kids. Ive also never put together bunk beds before so it was a little alarming to see that the only thing holding the beds on top of eachother is 4 wooden dowels but I did climb on to the top bunk and it seems pretty strudy. The color of the wood (espresso) is beauiful matches everything in the kids room. Besides the few scratches, it is a beautiful bed for far less money than in stores near me. I am so disappointed.

    Pretty easy to build

Pretty easy to build. Some parts arrived dented or not the right size. Wood planks for underneath mattress that need to be screwed in are either way too tight of a fit or way short in length so you have to be really careful to make sure when you go in with the screw it actually goes into the wood below it. Otherwise its a very nice bunk bed set. I dont think itll last more than a few years!

The bed itself looks fine, hopefully can last long too

what I can say, I ordered an espresso colored one, but received a white one. I need it in a rush, so have no time to deal with the color. The bed itself looks fine, hopefully can last long too. its difficult to put together.

Poor customer service from the manufacturer

At this point, Im giving only 3 stars due to arriving with a broken piece and their customer service being unable to handle a simple phone request. Their web form requires to you to state that everything else was in the box and nothing else was broken when you arent able to fully assemble due to the broken component. Ill update this review when I receive replacement part and am able to assemble the beds. I was actually pretty disappointed.
