The placement of the doors makes it difficult to clean the platforms. Because the platforms have no holes in them, there is a build up of urine and feces on them. If you try to unsnap the platforms from the side of the cage, the clasps are flimsy and will likely not go back on. The clasps that connect the ramps to the platforms are also flimsy and difficult to attach. Even though they have clicked in, they have fallen out on the own under the weight of a Guinea pig. I would not recommend this cage, especially for the money. Buy a simple, one/story one.
My rabbit loves the different levels and how spacious it is for him he likes the top level most cause he can look at everyone lol and it was easy to assemble and durable its been easy to move it around too
Really aming cage its big and sturdy it is perfect for my chinchilla! I still need to get fleece to cover the plastic but I love the color and she has so much room to jump around and play!
The only adjustment I would make would be to offer additional levels. If we could put on an addition (one or two more levels), this would be even better!

Ive had rabbits my whole life and am also a product designer I always want to design a perfect rabbit cage for both bun and the person who has to clean/maintain the cage. This one is very well designed, thought through. FIRST, this cage is NOT for SMALL ANIMALS WITH TINY LEGS. They will get hurt (legs will get caught on the floor trays and its TOO HIGH). Its sturdy, has a smart cleaning removable tray, is nice n roomy for buns, the height can even be shortened if you like. Will say, the height seems a bit high. If your bun falls, its a long way down. So, also look at s 26h cage. Then, the PINK. Its more pink than I had counted on (little girl cotton candy pink) I just returned mine for the white/cream version. That just costed me 20 in shipping, but / its ok.
Cage came faster then expected and it was very easy to put together. So much easier to clean since it is all plastic bottom and base. The steps can be removed to make a little more room and my rabbit likes it a lot!
my bunnies love it. I do have an open area for them to run in since they cannot get any exercise. So buy for a home base but make sure to give more area to run attached or around cage.

The design for kittens
Its design I liked the assembly. But the plastic is weak an fragile. It wont last. Which is a shame. It would be better if the doors came off.
