This is a great chair. Very sturdy and firm. I have it in my home office and I relax, read or watch tv in it when Im not working. It has turned my office space into an office/lounge! I love it. I have the medium size and the bed is comfy, but not very wide. Its nice for a snooze, but not to sleep in overnight. Im 5 8 and slender. Good price as well
We looked at several differed option for a sturdy bed for my mother law on the first floor because she cant go up stairs any more, and this fits in to our décor with out having to have a big peace of furniture in the formal living room, and its well made , the fabric is nice , over all good item. This fits perfect in my babies nursery. I went this route instead of a rocking chair so now I can sleep in the room if need be too. But why is it so firm? This would be a perfect item on all levels if it were softer. Thank you for the excellent customer service
We purchased this bed chair/ottoman for occasional sleep overs by guests. It is very sturdy, easy to assemble and the material is beautiful. My husband who weighs 180 said it was very comfortable. We like that this is not a huge piece of furniture because the ottoman is a perfect size to even use as a table in front of a couch. Best part was the price, half of what we could find it locally, so let the first guest arrive! Its a great deal for the money
Completely assembled! So easy to open and adjust. My only wish is that the back was higher like a chair, but that isnt possible with this setup. It is very firm but not hard. Nice to open up for a nap or even use as a guest bed. Very sturdy. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. its very nice and I love the color. Worth it

It fits perfectly in the space for which it was purchased.
It had a small cut on it but, not significant enough to go through the process of retuning it. Great value
