What can I say, it totally lives up to all the positive review hype. I was a bit hesitant to order a chair online without trying it out, but this really did exceed my expectations. It was extremely easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and its super comfortable. I have a studio apartment and my tv/reading chair had broken and this ended up being the perfect replacement that doesnt overwhelm my space but actually functions as a nice accent. I particularly love that I can curl up in it if I want, though I will say its most comfortable paired with a foot rest. In short, Im very happy that I made the decision to purchase this chair.
I bought this chair for my art room/ office/ I really wanted something I could spend lots of time in and be able to work or lounge comfortably and let me tell you, I AM IN LOVE.
All of my boxes have been ticked and it has beyond exceeded my expectations!!
Also just a side note, if youre debating going for the low or high back like I was/ definitely the high back was the way to go! Thank you so much.
I was definitely skeptical with ordering a sofa chair on but I read all of the reviews and looked around at other websites for months and couldnt find anything like this for a similar price. Im so glad I made this purchase. It was so easy to assemble and its actually sturdy. Cat approved too. Its so cute! I love it. Dont wait, just get it! Works great!
After speaking with I got another email from company advising me to ignore bill sender on the return labelsaid label is pre paid. Glad my original review is correct for this company.I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via . The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills. They are attentive, professional, accommodating, and true to their word. Very Sturdy product.
