Liked this product. Was easy to assemble with clear instructions. Took two people about 2 hours to put together. My son really enjoys it. Great deal!! High quality and great design!
Very sturdy, arrived in good shape without any damage. Fits great over a queen bed. We are using this for temporary use and will take down after needed - but am very happy with the quality and it is very sturdy. We do not have it bolted to the wall and I have no concerns with it. Keep up the good work,i will buy your products again!!!!!!
It was easy enough to put together but it arrived with a very damaged box. Inside because the bed is metal it was ok however all of the plastic end caps we broken. Very rough for my daughters little hands to grab onto without the black plastic end caps in place. Company responded at first and said they would ship me new caps but they never did!!! Very disappointed about that! Otherwise would have given more stars but really disappointed about the caps being broken and that they didnt follow through in sending replacements
We are absolutely LOVING LOVING LOVING this bed! I was in search of a sturdy piece that I could hang a swing from, plus create a peace corner for my kiddo underneath. This checks every single box.
I started building this on my own... with the idea that my parents would come over and help me finish it when I got to the more challenging part. However... they were pretty busy that day and I just kept chugging along. I ended up finishing the entire project all by my-dang-self! singlemomshoutout !!
Full disclosure: Im quite handy naturally and fairly strong for my size... and I had a nearly empty room to work inside. Easy to assemble
Great bed, sturdy, works as advertised.
90% of its assembly is with an allen wrench. Get a cordless screwdriver and a set of small allen wrench bits to help in assembly. Excellent customer service

I was so nervous about metal instead of wood, but needed the budget version of these beds (we paid $229 each) for a small space where our two daughters share a room. They are SO sturdy, not loud at all, and as you can see, absolutely beautiful. The straight ladder instead of a slanted one was definitely an adjustment, (their bunk bed previously had an angled ladder) but it only took them a day before they were up and down easily, even at night. (They are 8 and 10) Weve strung twinkle lights underneath and have enough height underneath to put desks and chests of drawers. They have their own defined spaces now and could not be more pleased! I plan to attach small shelves to the second ladder thats against the wall so they can put little knick-knacks or small plants. Will add a picture when I get that done. It did take two people at the end to finish putting them together, but my husband thought the building of them wasnt bad at all. We highly recommend! Its not for everyone, but its perfect for us!

We ordered three of these for our older teen kids and they are very sturdy and holding up well. The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy!

Disappointed
