I searched for counter stools for a while. After reading many reviews on many different stools, I decided on the 24 Hylie Nailhead Wood Pub/Height Kitchen Counter Bar Stool, Dark Grey/Light Brown. I am VERY happy with my decision. Even though I had to purchase 2 open/box stools, they are in perfect condition! I was a little nervous waiting for them to arrive but after assembling them (with manpower and a power tool), I can honestly say they are beautiful and well made. There is a little bit of color variation between the two stools as far as the legs, but it is a white/washed look that is supposed to be unique from any other, so we are very happy This product is pretty decent for the price
I love these bar stools! They are just the right size and the color is beautiful. We ordered 4 but 1 arrived without hardware. They have excellent customer service. They sent hardware immediately. and came earlier than expected
These stools are very sturdy, and look great. We ordered 3 of them and one of them had an issue. Their customer service was aming and quickly shipped a new one out to us. Very impressed. This is awesome!
This company is by far the best company I have ever done business with. I bought four barstools which are aming and super great quality. One of the boxes came with the wrong legs for the barstool. I called the company and they were so apologetic and told me to keep the barstool and sent me a brand new one within a couple of days. They sent follow up emails and even sent me Godiva Chocolates in the mail with an apology for my troubles. I will go out of my way to but from this company again. Im blown away by their outstanding customer service. Easy setup and sturdy!

I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the problem fully by replacing the stool. They didnt give me the the run around, fast talk or attitudes. Also the stool is GORGEOUS! Love this product. No issues.
The stools are wonderful and the customer service w awesome. Highly recommend. The stools were very easy to assembled. We had a problem with one stool and they were so easy to work with. A replacement was immediately sent. We also received a card and chocolates from them apologizing for the problem. I would highly recommend them for quality and customer service. Beautiful looking stools at great price. Putting them together took about 10 minutes each. Had issue with one of the legs and company was quick to respond and make it right. Very satisfied and highly recommend. truly easy to install
