Amazing! Received in good order, put together easily after I figu out how to get side cushions out from under the foot support. Comfortable, nice heat, very good massage but the not working and seller wants me to repack, ship back for replacement. Why wasnt checked before shipping. No other offer except return.
cute. I bought this recliner because I am pregnant and have horrible reflux and laying down in bed is just not realistic for me right now.

AWESOME!! The chair arrived in time for his birthday, is extremely comfortable, easy to assemble and it is an attractive addition for the living room. Material is good, will let you know how it wears, and matches the living room grey sectional perfectly. His wife is happy too, because it does not look like a recliner when not in use.
We like our chairs. We find them pretty comfy. We enjoy the massage. Only thing we were disappointed in was that the heater function quit working after a few months.Good for its value.

Had nuts and bolts in the box. Chair very wobbly found where they belonged replaced them and others.
