Amazing! It got delivered 3 days earlier than stated! The first thing I noticed was how heavy the box was (yes! This is how its supposed to be!) it looked complicated at first but its super easy to put together! The slats seem a little thin but its bamboo and holds a ton of weight! I love how tall it is too. My husband and myself weigh about 445 lbs, plus our 3 children and our 120lb Rottweiler all fit it at once, and it doesnt move at all or squeak! A great product for a great price! There is also attachments to put a head board on!
Crazy this thing makes no noise! I didn't believe it but there hasn't been a squeak or crack in it. It is very sturdy and I'm glad I spent a little more money on this to prevent any noise. This is worth the money. Super happy with it.
This frame exceeded my expectations. After extensively researching other options, I am so glad this is what I landed on. The thickness/guage of frame is truly heavy duty. A few tips on assembly - i used a little lock tight on each bolt to ensure no movement over time and initially tightened almost all of the way as I went around the frame. I went back upon completion and tightened all the way down. I also used the foam sheet package material and cut into strips and placed these at each end of each slat. This cushioned the joint for a tighter fit and eliminates any potential noise from slat/metal shifting. The bed is quiet and sturdy - no squeaks! This is a great frame!
Two of us have been sleeping on this bedframe 2 months now, and still not a sound from it. It's very sturdy; it doesn't shake like an earthquake when one of us moves. I put it together myself; broke a sweat but it's not complicated and I had no problems.
UPDATE: 10 months later, still no shakiness or noise.
Read a hundred reviews before buying and did 6months of research on tons of frames. Price seemed great. Assembly was easy. Seemed to be sturdy at first and it was for about 2 months. Have only had this for 4 months and it squeaks horribly and sounds like the wood planks are gonna break when we move around at night. Having whoopie is no longer fun as we have to be quiet as a mouse, its easier not to use the bed. Just sounds like bed is gonna break in the middle. Not worth it.
