Comfortable but when sleeping on it, you can feel the metal pieces inside at the folds. I wont be able to sleep on this again. We will only use it as a chair, unfortunately.
While they are affordable and fit in the space as expected, they are so hard and uncomfortable that no one would want to sit on them/ definitely not sleep on them! I plan to return them.
My teen son wanted one of these as his full time bed because he wanted a very sparse room. As a chair, he really likes it, but he says its not as comfortable as a mattress. Since we had moved out of state, this has been his full time bed and it took him about a week to decide he wanted a regular mattress. So if you want to sleep on it, it would probably only be comfortable for a couple days and is definitely not something you would want full time for an adult.
Ordered this for my daughters dorm room. She just finished her first semester off at school. Her reviewshe loves this chair and so do her hallmates! The cushion where you sit has flattened a little (over 3 months of DAILY use), but it is still quite comfy and her favorite spot to sit in her room.
Only kids under 12yrs would feel comfortable sleeping on this. I thought it would be ok for kids sleepovers, but it the foam is like sleeping on the floor. And theres metal feet on the back of the chair, so if you put it against the wall, it will scuff it.

Got two and grandkids love sitting on them for movie watching and then unfold
