the wrong color was shipped. I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning such a large box, so we kept it. It was easy to put together (I did it alone). It looks nice and was a good price. would have given more stars if it had been the right color. It is a bit heavy so If you have to take it up stairs I would get a second person to help.
The headboard is very nice. However it is not extremely sturdy. When I roll over in bed the bed slides across the floor slightly. I have porcelain tile floors without a rug underneath. I wouldnt recommend this for someone that is really large and heavy.
was delivered mostly intact, except some of the pieces that need to be screwed in came bent. We had to re/shape them with pliers, which sucked. Since they came bent, there was also a tear in the headboard zippered compartment and the hole will only get bigger with time. These are easy packaging fixes that Im disappointed the manufacturer overlooked. Lastly, the footboard is not sturdy at all. My boyfriend is 180 pounds, but when he steps up to get on the bed, we can hear the wood crunching. I dont feel safe stepping on the footboard to boost myself up, which sucks because its a normal thing you do with a sturdy bed frame. Overall, I wouldnt really recommend this if youre looking for a sturdy, well/built bed. If youre on a budget, go for it. But just know there are imperfections.
When we finally got it put together, the bed frame was not big enough for our king/size bed. We had purchased a Nectar king/size bed, measuring at 80 inches by 76 inches by 11 inches. From the pictures above, you can see that the bed frame was about 5 inches longer (on each side of the bed), and was shorter in length than the bed itself. So we slept with the bottom of our bed slightly inclined because it did not fit the frame. (Yes, we tried flipping it the other way. Yes, we felt stupid after we did.)
What was good:
/ Easy/ish to put together. Took two of us about an hour to do so. We would recommend removing the wooden slat holders from the side frames before you put it all together. When we got to the final middle bar support beam, it took forever to get the screws in because of those holders were right in the way. Using the allen wrench they provided was very awkward and not easy to get a good grip.
/ Everything was easily stored in the headboard and was easily removed.
/ The actual tufted headboard seems to be fairly nice.
Recommendation:
Had we known that the bed would not fit the frame before we put it all together, we would have sent it back. Because of the size discrepancies, it doesnt look very aesthetically pleasing. However, after we put all the work into it, we decided to at least give it at try. All in all, its worth a shot. But please, please, please be sure that your bed will fit the frame before you buy it. It is disheartening to put all that work in and your bed end up not fitting.
Very sturdy. This product was VERY good purchase. I bought the dark grey king sized. Because of a few reviews I scanned the entire bed and each piece for bed bugs, even the box. There were NONE. the condition was very good. Box is extremely heavy so will definitely need at least one more person to move it in from outside. Assembly was super shot super simple. I did most of it alone, just needed a hand with the frame connecting to the headboard. Super sturdy. My husband and I alone are about 500lbs total, even sturdy for adult time. Honestly shocked at how quick it came and thanks to the delivery driver, I know it was a hell of a task lifting this thing lol. The bed is about 6 inch off the ground, that may sound very low but our mattress is thick so it was actually perfect. Slats seem super sturdy , which is important especially for a larger bed. Overall extremely satisfied. Only issue was the side panels connecting to the headboard, you may have to unscrew them a little before latching it on. The holes to the slats didnt match up perfectly for the E/F step but it still got in there with no problem. Buy it! I hesitated for a while but glad I got it.

I had an bed that was simple, cute that came with storage but once you build an product, you cannot disassemble it. Not convenient if you are a renter. Got this bed mainly because I read the reviews that it was easy to put together and this will be convenient for me every/time I move.
I noticed that the bedside corner was damaged. Part of damage was covered by . Besides that I have no issues with is thus far (1 month of use).
