Its very comfortable, just the right settings for the massage and heat, I love the texture, color and the style for the price I paid for. Good thing I bought two for me and my husband so we dont have to fight over it lol. Very very happy
Our modern chairs and footstools needed replaced and we thought why not get something that will help us relax after a hard day of work. The was a great choice and we really, really love them. With all of the features they have, we think they are a great bargain.
We could tell how relaxed we felt after just a few minutes using the massage feature and the heat sure helped in the cold damp weather. They make our open concept living area look awesome. The PU black will stay nice looking for years and does not have that cold feeling like our leather couch.
The only negative was the lack of padding in the boxes. Both boxes had puncture holes in them and one little spot on the underside of the chair was torn. No problem as no one will see it and it will not get bigger but could have been prevented by at least a little bit of padding.
Im enjoying this black massage chair, its a general size for tall, short people. Im not an assembler person. My tech person that I hired needed an electric drill, etc. to put the legs on. But its still worth it!
This chair is made of poor quality. It looks good, but it is deceiving. It was difficult to assemble, not easy like others. There is a hinge between the top part and the bottom part, it moves, is not stable, not secure. When you sit on the chair, you can hear the wood crack. The foam is hard as rocks. The seller is difficult and will not accept a return and provide me a full refund. Do not buy from them.
The assembly was pretty easy. The comfort is nice. Sturdiness is pretty good however it has a tendency to flip back depending on where you sit. You kind of need to sit more forward then slide back into the seat otherwise you are flipping back / learned this the hard way. So now when I have people over I have to warn them when they sit / otherwise this is a great lounge chair. I like the heating element / it works nicely. Massaging is good too / not too strong but nice. I happy with my purchase for the most part.Very reasonable too!!

Black massage chair/great once its assembled
