I love!! this chair! It came perfectly and looked just like it did in the photos. I did have to buy extra chain to hang it, and that took about 2 ft. on each side.
My complaint is that in the front of the chair, the rope doesnt cover the entire frame, so theres a few gaps where the wood frame is exposed. My other complaint is I had to knot the end of every tassel to keep them from fraying.
Overall, though, its a great chair and Im flying bought it!
You will need to purchase weight rated screw hooks, some chain, I had mine cut in two pieces. I also bought two weight rated S hooks to hang chair from chains doing this you can adjust the chair height for other users. I install ed my chair on my deck at my mountain home. Perfect for reading I like that I can swing slightly while I read or meditate.
We bought this for my teen daughters bedroom and its perfect. Fairly easy to install with the help of Lowes. Shes gotten so much positive feedback about it. Im sure many of her friends will be looking to buy. Very good value. Its much sturdier than I thought it would be.
This hammock chair is awesome! I bought it for my daughters nursery as an alternative to a glider or chair, and it looks so cute in her room! My husband thinks I am nuts and that it looks like it is from the 70s, but what does he know The swing will need something to hang it from, because it isnt long enough to reach the ceiling, so I bought some 98 lb clothes line from walmart for less than four bucks that matches almost perfectly, and looped it so it was held by four passes of it, and then did an old school friendship bracelet all around it with a 5th strand of it, and it looks great. Just make sure you measure how long you need it, and account for it to stretch and sag when you sit in it. I did mine too long at first and had to cut it, so my perfectly hidden knot turned out to be a big bulky one that I didnt feel like redoing. Oh well. I definitely recommend this swing!

This was a gift. The recipient said they loved it. It fits one adult or two pre/teens. They hung it in a large tree in their backyard.
