I purchased this bed frame for a guest bedroom. The pictorial instructions were clear and it was easy for two people to assemble. The finish is fvery nice, far nicer than I expected for this price. I bought the chocolate finish to blend with the antique furniture in the room. The smoothly finished wood and clean style blend perfectly. I am beyond happy with this purchase. Teamed with a new mattress, my guests will be happy, too.
Rustic and beautiful. Fits perfectly in my new house. Love the color. We added some dark brown nightstands later. Sorry about the dog ramp in the picture. Loved the way the slates fit on the bed frame. It was pretty easy to assemble the bed. We are really going to enjoy this piece of furniture.
We liked this bed a lot. Its good looking, very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only problem was that the little wood buttons supposedly to cover the bolt holes, did not fit. They were too smal , so useless!
I am very pleasantly surprised by this purchase. I have never seen a product packaged so well. The foam blocks were even in bags- no mess! Assembly was simply. I did it alone in about 45 minutes. I am also amazed at how sturdy this bed is. Overall, great product.
I spent considerable time researching beds before I found this one. I wanted a platform but most of the ones I saw were very low to the ground and Ive had a bed like those and I just was not comfortable crawling in and out of bed every day. I liked that this bed is real wood and very sturdy. Not to mention beautiful. I prefer the Mid Century style which this is and the rich color of the wood - Caramel is very up-to-the- minute shade. I got a 14foam mattress to go with the bed and if I could change anything I would get a 12 or even a 10so the headboard would show more. I highly recommend this bed. I had someone assemble it, however he said it was one of the easiest piece of furniture to do. The only problems is that my little dog cannot get up by himself.
