My product was delivered by Fed Ex Ground. The box was damaged and all the washers and bolts were loose in the inside of the box. After fishing around, I found all except two washers. I went to Ace hardware and purchased the two washers that were missing. Chair looks good for the price. The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!!
Very sturdy. Looks great. Sitting is very comfortable. You dont sink into the sofa. Just the way I like it. I love it! It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait!
I really like this chair. It is sturdy, but not the most comfortable. Both cushions, bottom and back, are very firm. It is a great addition to my family room. The fabric is a tight weave and appears to be pretty durable. We dont sit in it often, but it looks great! For the price, its great
This a real wood and very nice chair. A great mixture of old style and modern. The back is comfortable but the bottom is stiff. Its not a bad chair at all. Very stylish. The directions need a little tweaking to be more user friendly but all in all I Recommend this one. Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble.
The chair looks nice, but would be more comfortable if the rear of the seat was a bit lower than the front. Maybe shorter people would find it more comfortable. The seat and back cushions dont quite meet at the right angle, so you may need to keep those bolts a little loose until the cushions have been attached to the frame and then tighten the seat to back bolts. Its functional, though, so its going to get some use. Good quality, looks fantastic
