After a week of use, my boys love it! Sturdy construction! 5 star review for customer service. One part had a defective inset grommet that would not allow a bolt to thread. Contacted customer service and they immediately overnight a new part. We love it.

It is really pretty and not terribly hard to assemble. It does not seem super sturdy on the top bunk but for a kid it is great.
