Im retired now, but for years I worked from home as a consultant in human services. Dont ask me to total the hours I put in, making a living, sitting in an office chair. Had I only known, back then, about office chair designs. What a difference it would have made for all those innumberable hours of sitting and working at my computer and my desk. This ergonomic desk chair is the cats meow when it comes down to comfort. Two features I love to death are 1) the arm rest design that allows a person to fold them up and out of the way; and, 2) the overall light weight of the chairno cumbersome efforts with feet and legs to make chair roll or swivel this way and that. Buy it!

The chair comes in just 3 pieces, the seat, pneumatic tube and base, to the level of effort to assemble was minimal. It lifts quite high / I usually use max height on seats, but this could go even higher / big plus for the long/legged, and its very comfywuth sufficient back and elbow support when reclining while still able to pull up nice and close to my desk.
The perfect vanity chair. So comfortable. All you had to do was drop the cylinder in and put the chair on and thats it. Perfect height for my vanity and goes up really high if you need it to

GREAT FOR HOME OFFICE
I bought this for my home office and it is super comfortable. The arms fold up which is nice and there are multiple adjustments you can make.
