It was not hard or easy to put together . I am the self proclaimed least handy person on earth. Im only 6 hours I had this bad boy put together . That being said ,if your even semi handy it should take an hour maybe two.
So far the quality is good , it holds myself and a chubby Pug . No sagging in the middle like the old wire frame. I will never ever go back to those .
The storage underneath is plentiful and so handy . Im thrilled and super happy I made this purchase .

I was a little skeptical about the claims of this product. When the box arrived it was a little damaged and so I thought that the parts inside might be damaged as well. Not the case! The hardest part of putting this together was getting the box in the house. It is . I had it out and assembled within minutes. Unbelievably great engineering and quality. If they make an extra long twin, Ill buy another. You will be satisfied with this bed. Its better than I expected.
It would definitely be best to have two people to put the bed together. It is very sturdy. I had one of the two support beams break within a week of putting it together from being warped. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded, gathered the needed information by a couple of emails and quickly got the replacement part sent. They were very kind, considerate and understanding. I would definitely recommend this bed and have no hesitation contacting customer service if you have any issues.
Customer service asked about photos. My prior review noted it was too steep as designed. This is the bed with the legs shortened to ease the slope. The bed and my grand/daughter next to it. She was enamored with some new shoes but it shows her size.

My first bunk bed

Works great for hiding the kids toys. Great space saver
We had issues with the lat install 2 were cut to short. Easy fix, still a great deal
