Had some hiccups with shipping and the seller went above and beyond to fix everything and make sure they put me the customer first and a priority to take care of everything 100%. We got this bed for my 13 yr old son and he loves it! I did have to contact customer service about something about something on the financial side of things and the lady was very responsive and handled the credit to my card quickly!!!
