First off, let me say, the color is awesome on this chair! Very rich. Looks more expensive than it is. It fits perfectly in my office for guests to sit on.
Fed Ex delivered the chair on a non/delivery day (were closed on weekends, says so on the instructions) AND delivered it to the wrong address. When I couldnt get assistance with them, I contacted the seller. The customer service was aming! They responded quickly and were very helpful. I finally got the chair and didnt think there were legs inside (Note: theyre inside the seat cushion. No Idea why I didnt look inside) Contacted the seller again, and they were so helpful and didnt even laugh (to me, anyway) when I admitted I hadnt looked inside the chair.
Anyway, what Im getting at is: this chair is worth it. I love how it looks in my office and it wasnt nearly as expensive as most of this style.

Upon speaking with the seller, they have agreed to send out a new undamaged product to me. They responded in a timely fashion and seemed to genuinely care about their manufacturing techniques. Will do a final update once the new product arrives.
I was so excited to have this chair for my new sewing desk. I assembled the whole thing (no instructions were included so I had to guess on which bolts to use) and then noticed that it had a burn mark on the back of the chair. Looks to be a cigarette burn and cannot be fixed because the plastic within the material has melted. I believe I may have gotten someone elses returned item. Now I have to disassemble the whole thing to return. Very disappointed.
I bought this chair for my daughter for her virtual learning school area. It looks perfect with her white desk and it matches beautifully with her bedroom deco. The assembly was super easy; my fifteen year old daughter did it herself, took very little time. The chair is as picture and bigger than I had expected. Im very honest with my reviews and this one gets five stars from me.
Easy to put together, love the . Only negative is you need a pillow for you back if youre short. Its hard for me to have back support with both feet on the ground.
Assembly was very difficult with the tools that were provided. The length of the allen wrench made it impossible to turn more than a half turn and you had to remove and reinsert many times.
I really liked these chairs! Very comfy. Got them for an office space to go around a round table, very comfy and cozy! The color is good too, just like the photos shows. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it so very difficult to assemble! They supply an Allen wrench that is too short to completely turn around without having to take it out of the screw and replace it for a complete turn! Very annoying and time consuming! Other than that nice chair especially for the price!

The assembly was a little difficult because all the holes didnt line up properly. I had to use my power drill/screwdriver to attach the bolts

Great Chair
Bought for my mom for her bedroom by computer. Very nice wide seat. Comfortable back and seat. Great for anyone that doesnt want a chair with wheels.
