Ordered this grey chair for christmas and the first one arrived damaged one week before christmas I reached out to seller sent a pic of damaged one and he sent me a new one as soon as he could get it out He promised me that And sure enough new one came on time and looked great I used to make niture and still do on the side some times and I have to say the quality of this chair is for LIFE! Solid comfortable Not one of those chairs that will or show flattening on the seat part. Very good structually made and size is just perfect My daughter loved it I also bought a nice brown velvet flower pillow to go with it from !! The chair is very soft Velvet fabric is the thick stuff not like some others on for sure GOOD Company!!
