Simple set up, but not the sturdiest. Design is nice, but the bed cannot be moved without taking the drawers and mattress off, it would likely fall apart with everything installed if you tried to move it.
Had it boxed over a year. Had read some bad and good reviews and didnt quite know what to expect. Its heavy! I put it together for my ten year old and he loved it. The color is very cool. Drawers run smooth and the bed is pretty sturdy. Its not flimsy like other people write it is. Dont know if there was wrong installation? I followed the instructions and took my time to make sure that everything fit together All in all we are happy with the purchase and i do recommend the bed. No broken, scratched, or missing parts.
Been sleeping on this for a couple months now and it's holding up great. I love the unusual color (I hardly ever see a dark grey wood stain color) and the storage drawers are a bonus.

Gift for my granddaughter...which she hasn't slept in yet. My son said it was easy to put together and is sturdy.
