Most of the parts were not labeled so putting the pieces together was a guessing game. Instructions were not clear. Took way longer than it should to assemble but once its together it looks nice.
Bed arrived in great shape. Assembly was easy and didnt take that long. The thought and design make something that will last for years. They also have the best customer service and respond very quickly. Very happen and would buy again
We got this bed for our grandson who is 13. The bed is perfect for a teenager. We got the full size. The LED lights on the headboard create a great effect in the room. The four drawers work well, and hold a lot of clothes. I read the other reviews that said the bed was hard to put together and the directions are terrible, and they are right. Our son put it together, just took it easy, working on it for an hour a day, so he didnt get frustrated. The screws, etc., are all thrown in one bag, and you have to find the piece you are looking for, just like a pile of s from different sets. To go with it, we purchased the Zinus 8 inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, Bed-in-a-Box, (here on ). The bed seems sturdy, so it will probably last for years. The drawers roll on the floor, not on tracks, and that makes them very sturdy. We are very pleased with this purchase, and recommend it.
Flimsy frame. The installer put it up. The legs are crooked. I guess foe the guest bedroom its OK. It has not been slept on yet until company gets here.
I originally got this bed for my son because he needed a new bed and is on this led light phase, but when the bed came it was so easy to put together. I also love that he didnt need a box spring and the bed was still sturdy. Plus with him being 61 at 14 it is a perfect fit for him.
I am a 60 year old woman and I had no problem putting this bed together. Any assembly is going to take time and the instructions were very clear. All of my parts were there and nothing was damaged. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.
The bed is very pretty once assembled. Assembly is not difficult but it takes a very, very long time. I bought this bed specifically for the under bed storage drawers. Theyre great in that they fit so much but theyre SUPER annoying to open and close. They arent on rails, just on wheels located under them. There is a weird mechanism by which they secure to the bed. You have to push them in all the way (and make sure theyre aligned because remember, they arent on rails attached to the bed) and then sort of lift them so that a little peg goes into a hole in the bed frame, then let it drop down. They dont just open and close easily.
Also, the headboard looks great with no pillows on the bed but when you do put pillows on, they pretty much hide the entire thing. The headboard could definitely be a little taller in my opinion.
My last criticism is that the underbed drawers extend for the entire length of the bed, which prevents you from being able to have side tables. If you have side tables and want to access the two drawers that are closest to the headboard, you would have to move those side tables each time.
Although I did find three things that werent wonderful about this bed, I will say that its sturdy and it looks pretty.
This bed looks beautiful and feels nice and sturdy by comparison to cheaper frames Ive purchased on over the years. The drawers are nicely sized for storing bedding/ and linens or other bulky items. Took about 2 hours to assemble but it wasnt hard, just a little time consuming building the drawers.

I was surprised to find that it had 4 drawers,i was so happy! but overall its a great bed frame, would 100% recommend.
