    In Love with these chairs!

Im very impressed with the quality of the chairs. I got the ones with the olive green seats and they are stunning. Very solid and not hard to assemble once I figured out the first one. I had read previous reviews about having trouble getting the holes to line up. I did also but thanks to those reviews I knew what to do and it worked great. I havent used them yet but first impression is 10/10

    Love these chairs!

I loved these chairs and debated buying them for so long because the bottoms originally have gold tips. When they arrived I decided to spray paint the bottom of the chairs black, to better suit my aesthetic. I bought 6 but will add a bench at a later time.

One chair came with a stripped screw hole

Im only giving these chairs two stars because I can tell they would be absolutely beautiful if I were able to assemble them. One of the chairs seats came with a stripped screw hole making it impossible to accurately assemble. Part D also came missing a cap. This is extremely disappointing and unfortunate.

Overall, were happy with our chairs, but the assembly was not the greatest.

The quality itself fully assembled was good and it felt sturdy sitting on it. The cushions were also comfortable to sit on and overall were happy with our chairs. HOWEVER, the reason I am giving it 3 stars is that assembling the chair was very questionable. Some parts didnt fit correctly, and not all the holes lined up properly—at one point we had to make a hole and we had to force the metals parts of the chair leg to align with the hole. Also, one of the bottom protection pieces came in broken and didnt fit into the hole it was supposed to. We ended up having to melt the plastic just enough to squeeze the peg in, however it still didnt stay in. Overall, it works, but its not top quality and we were only okay with it because once you sit on the chair you dont really notice it. Honestly, its hard to find a cheaper price for these kinds of chairs (Ive looked), which is why we took the risk to buy them. Were happy with our chairs, but I definitely cant justify buying these chairs again for the price we paid and the subpar assembly experience. The only two things that Im genuinely happy about with the chairs are the rattan back pieces and the cushion.

    A must buy!!!

These chairs are amazing! I was able to put both chairs together by myself in about 30 minutes. I had no issues. The box was packed well. Im so happy!!!!!

    Difficult to assemble

Definitely requires 2 people to assemble. Some of the holes on the poles and seat cushion dont align perfectly. You have to press the poles together while someone else screws them in place. Challenging, but the end product is worth it

    Gorgeous chairs, great customer service

I love these chairs and their airy boho 70s vibe. The cane is real, i.e. woven plant material, so it has natural variations from the reeds used and the weaving process. It doesnt have the squeaky perfection of plastic —this is a plus for me, YMMV. The square-ish frame of the backs is solid and sanded smooth. The seat cushions are very firm; Im guessing particle board with foam wrap. It needs that sturdiness to physically hold the chair together. Theyre comfy enough for dining chairs, but I wouldnt want to sit for hours. Theres a very slight bounce which really takes me back to when my aunt had similarly shaped chairs when I was a small kid. Just love that. I forgot to take photos of the assembly, but it is indeed quite challenging by yourself. However, it CAN be done by one person if youre determined: lay the frame on its side on soft carpet and drape yourself firmly but gently across it to squeeze the sides together enough to get the screws lined up. This kind of tension is necessary for structural integrity, so its not a bug. Assembly was simple, but not easy. It went quickly once I figured out the drape/body-squeeze technique. Or you could just be less impatient than I and get a second person to help lol. For each chair, the metal frame has 3 pieces: two L-shaped smaller pieces that form the back and go under the seat, and one large piece that is the entire base and legs, and meets the other pieces under the seat. Dont tighten the seat screws until you have all four of them 3/4 of the way in. Attaching the back is the last step and is a breeze. Youll want to attach to two lower screws first, about halfway in, and then the upper screws. Tighten the upper screws before the lower ones—theres a slight curve in the frame right at the lower screw level, and if you tighten the lower screws first, the back wont lie completely flat across the top. Customer service: one of the backs had a dark 3 round stain in the center of the cane. There was no way I was unassembling both chairs, sending them back, and reassembling a new set. So instead of a return through , I contacted the seller directly. They were so friendly and nice and sent a replacement back very quickly (only 5 days including a weekend!) with no reluctance or charge. All in all, just an unusually delightful experience.
