Missing parts

First we were missing the bolts needed and were told by the company we can get them at our local hardware store which we did. I was also told I would get a 30 refund which I have yet to receive. Also the one of the legs did not have to the screw in it to attach. All in all not very impressed with the quality or customer service

Cute but slats will snap

We were really excited to get this bed, its cute and has the storage we need for our little place, but the slats were so weak. My kid /who I got the bed for/ is small, and not heavy, and the slats snapped within only a couple months. Now I have to buy new slats for 100 when I SHOULD have just taken that 100 and bought a better bed. I would not recommend this bed.

Quality product

This is a quality product. We got this for our grandson for his first big boy bed. I strongly recommend this bed

All day assembly

Very time consuming but end product worth the wait. Every single piece needs to be put together. Bed is sturdy enough for two adults to sleep on
