I use this consistently and it is easy to carry, very sturdy and stable. It is high enough that I do not have difficulty sitting down or standing up even though I have had knee replacements. It collapses nicely when time to move. Would like it to be available in different colors.
This is a durable and easily portable stool. I keep it in the garage, throw it in the truck and use it at the lake/river or just around the yard. I happen to have 2 and they double as kayak stands as well!!!

I thought that a lightweight backpacking stool might be better for the ability to be stored under the seat but this Triple Tree stool was above and beyond what I needed.
It is sturdy enough to use as a side table or a stool to stand on if needed. The bar surface on the bottom turned out to be invaluable on the beach and in the sand.
I use it primarily as a car camping stool and to let down or refill the air on the tires for off-roading. I
t is NOT a backpacking stool. It is heavy for a folding stool but the steady sturdiness makes up for the additional weight if you are not backpacking.
I have bought 4 stools in the last 6 months and only this one is worth the money for my needs. Buy this one and NOT the large version that looks like this on . It was a child stool, and way too small for an adult. My wife laughed and said I should give the other stool to my grandson before he outgrows it (he is just over 18 months). This stool is better in every way.

I got one for my work vehicle and one for my personal. A coworker told me about this and hes a big guy. Big, but hes solid (hell give 175lbs guys a run for their money when it comes to work efficiency). Either way hes over 300lbs, and he sits comfortably on these when we have lunch on a job site. I had to get one. Now Im no longer dealing with sleeping limbs and pattern imprints due to buckets and other impromptu seats. I love this seat.
When I first got it, I knew I finally got a sturdy stool for working in the garden. I had gone through many different attempts to help me stay comfortable (and safe) previously with no luck. This stool does it. I am a 300 lb. guy. This stool holds me steady, does not dig into the ground, is comfortable, easy to carry and easy to store. Im even going to buy another just for G.P.

This was a heck of a lot sturdier than I expected! Awesomely so. Would buy again if ever needed, but this this thing is built to last!
