Putting together I ended up using this tool with a star attachment. I am not sure if the name. This was after putting two of these together and it took FOREVER!! This tool I could get a seat done in 30-45 min.
All went together well EXCEPT the corner arm piece. As you can see the frame is BENT or BOWING on two pieces. The screws didn’t align well. I had to have my husband help with this one.
There were at least 2-3 2 washers stuck together. Thankfully one package had couple extra that helped. But again some legs I had to use the two washers because I ran out of the single ones.
Be aware that the boxes comes separately with two pieces inside. The heavier one has the two pieces and the coffee table.
I recommend not clipping these together until you decide how you are going to set them up.
Great purchase, didn’t know it would be so big after putting it all together. But I’d give it 4 stars because I was hoping to get 4 middle chairs and two ottomans, and ended up getting 2 middle chairs and four ottomans, and also ended up receiving a little glass table with my big table, thought that was a bit odd. But overall great purchase.
The assembly was very easy. I used a screwdriver with attachment which made this much easier. Some of the cushions did not inflate all the way, but I contacted the shipper and they fully resolved my issue. The covers are very waterproof which is great for our outdoor area. Great value for the money.
Easy to assemble, great seating for the price! The cushions do slide around a bit (Velcro will help), but overall, the cushions are thick and comfortable.
I contacted customer service due to a snag/small tear on edge of one chair, and they offered to replace the section. It wasn’t a significant tear, so I declined; however, the customer service was excellent in making it right.
I would recommend this product.
