Assembly went very well. Instructions are easy to read. Definitely have a power drill ready. Lots of screws to complete this project. Took about an hour to completely assemble. Love the extra storage area the drawers provide. The height is not bad either. Were using a 10 foam mattress and no box spring. Beautiful and Sturdy.
