I love the couch thats in the pictures. I put this together thinking thats what it was but the arms and legs are both quite different, as is the overall profile of this couch. The couch I received is nice enough I guess (fairly comfy to sit and rest on!) but buyer beware that you might get something random and not what you ordered.
UPDATE: I contacted customer service. Initially they told me I could return the item for a full refund (how I would disassemble it and put it back in the box, I have no idea) or they could give me a 10 refund. I insisted that this wasnt an acceptable solution, so they offered me an 83 credit. I accepted it but I still cant really recommend this seller or item whole/heartedly, as their customer service response feels stingy when theyre the ones who made a complete mistake. I am an easy/going customer in general, but this has not been an ideal experience.
