Update: reached out to me and sent me a new one which is in perfect shape. Best customer service experience ever.
Original: Pretty disappointed, as you can see in the photos, it arrived in pretty bad shape. Box was fine, telling me this was pre shipping damage. Such a hassle to get a new one since its huge. I might though. Should have gone with the one at Costco.
