Its fairly sturdy, but not nearly as well made as the price would suggest. The worst part is that the screws included to mount the desk drawer runners are far too small for the pre/made holes; so, unless you deliberately misalign them, they will go straight through.
Also, a whole bag of screws was missing altogether, so I had to go to a hardware store to buy equivalents. The screw measurement are given in metric, so the conversion was an extra headache.
EDIT: The company contacted me after reading this review and offered me both a refund and a replacement. It doesnt change the rating of the desk, but I did appreciate that the company itself is looking out for customer satisfaction.
