The package had holes all over it and some of the pieces fell out on my front porch. I put the whole desk together which was actually pretty easy and then realized I was missing a part. I contacted who said they could not help me. I then reached out directly to the company where I explained what happened and the piece I was missing. sent me a whole new desk after apologizing for the way the package from was sent. has great customer service and I would definitely recommend this company and product.
