I just received my chair. It was packaging very well, not damaged. It was easy to assemble, took me about 30 minutes. There are also extra parts just in case. The quality of the parts are good as far as I can tell. I like how the arms roll up so that the chair can be pushed up to the desk and save space. The chair back is a little shorter than I like, but it works. The only thing that I would caution on is getting this chair for a large person. My spouse is 6 and 280 lbs and the chair is a little small for him.
