My fiance and I upgraded our bed and we wanted to keep our furniture, which is Arts Crafts Mission Style. We were having difficulties finding a bed frame that matched the color of our pieces and we thought wed have to go with iron/metal, which neither of us were crazy about after reading mixed reviews of their sturdiness. We were delighted when we found Farmhouse Wood Platform bed frame. I took a chance and ordered a used/open box from the Warehouse. It was $100 less. We were pleasantly delighted to find the frame had no damage and it looked as though it was never opened. The packaging wasnt disturbed and all the parts and tools were provided. We were even more surprised to see all the Styrofoam packaging materials were wrapped in plastic, so there werent little pieces of styrofoam all over. The instructions were more than adequate and we put it together in about 35-40 minutes. The frame sits about 12 off the floor and once we put our 14 mattress on the frame we found the height was great! shipping was quick with Prime shipping. If youre looking for a sturdy bed that has a farmhouse quality to it, I would say look no further!
